How to prevent double submission and to remove the previous button on card form?

    Hello, great experience using your service so far.

    The following are "deal breaker" questions we are looking for answers to:

    1. How can we remove the "previous" button on the feedback form in card style?

    2. A link to this form will be texted and emailed to our customers. How can we prevent the same customer from clicking the link to the form after they already submitted it once?

    If you guys have answers to these 2 questions, I feel this service is going to be great in the near future.

    1). How can we remove the "previous" button on the feedback form in card style? — Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove the previous button in Card form. If you use classic form, you can remove it using CSS https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

    2. A link to this form will be texted and emailed to our customers. How can we prevent the same customer from clicking the link to the form after they already submitted it once? — You can enable the unique submission feature. That will prevent from submitting the form twice https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
