I am not receiving the password reset email

    I haven't received the password reset email yet. Username is "kunzangpalchenling" and email address is either kunzangpalchenling@gmail.com or lindalee.5445@gmail.com.

    Hello Linda - I checked our email logs and found that all password reset was sent to your email (kunzangpalchenling@gmail.com). Could you please check your SPAM folder and see if the reset password email is there? If so, please mark it as not spam so your Gmail will recognize the jotform as not threat.
