How to change the sub label color of a PDF report?

Ho do I change the color of the Sublabel background color on my PDF report.  The default color is a light blue.

If you mean the fields where the answers appear, you should click on the settings button on some of the text fields and then choose the color from the Box Color field and click on the checkbox "Apply display style to all list items". Please note that this does not apply for all fields and some fields are not possible to edit.

But basically, sublabels are hints for form questions. So, they are not part of the form submissions.  In the PDF Editor, you can add static text fields to your PDF documents. You can add any content and color you want to show in your PDF document.
