Question regarding mobile app

Hi,

Are our staff able to save a form on the app and fill it out that way without being able to edit my actual form, so they just need to complete and submit the forms?

I would like to be able to send out staff forms that they need to complete on a daily basis, so that they have access to the forms on the app, login as themselves and just be able to submit forms from the app not edit or view everyone else's submissions. It would be helpful if they can do this from the app and not have to go into their browser to complete the form everytime.

In the mobile app, there is "assign form" feature when you tap the form. Please try to assign the form with your staff, they can install the app and submit the form while you can track their responses.

I have assigned the forms to the staff, they have downloaded the App but

Hello Nicole - When you assigned the app to your staff, they will receive an email that includes the username and password they will input on the app so they can access the form you assigned them.
