Question1. I just upgraded to the bronze plan and I chose to pay monthly but when it went back to the screen for plans all I saw was the free plan highlighted. Did you get my order?
Question 2. I think I accidently clicked the wrong button on a email and I think I opted out of receiving notice in my email if there was a form submitted, if I did can it be reversed?

1.) You are on the Bronze plan now upon checking, so I think that was just a small delay in the process. You're good now.
2.) Could you please show us the email you are referring to? Are you referring to the notification/emails you receive when someone submits your form?
If so, please follow the guide below on how to change the email in the notification recipient list.
