My forms are disabled due to over quota without notifying.

I was over quota for this submission and was not notified or prompted to upgrade to get the contest going. Wondering why? And when do I receive a payout from those who could submit work?

You are getting the over quota message because you exceeded the monthly limit of upload space. With a free account, you can only use 100 MB of upload space each month. But, I see that you have currently 105.76 MB of file uploads.

Please delete the submissions which have file uploads to resolve the issue. You can download your submission data along with all file uploads before deleting.
