partially completed form submission

Could you please elaborate on your issue? I see that the form 91703760138153 has one incomplete submission. As you enabled the Save and Continue forms later on your form, the submission will be shown under the incomplete submission tab if the user save the form to complete later without complete the whole form.

Once the user completes the form you can see the submission under Submission page. In case, if you wish to see the data of incomplete submissions, you can use this link:

You can replace the {sessionid} with the value that you see in "session" when you open the incomplete submissions.
