    Hi there,

    My organization is very interested in using jot but we have a few questions


    The Silver package of $32.50/month is for an unlimited number of users? How many logins come with the Silver package? Can more than one email be attached to a jot account? Example - If we wanted to set up different forms for different departments with different email addresses is that possible. Does each Jot account only come with one inbox or can you create an inbox for each form you create? How does the Dropbox connector work?  Will all the attaches that are submitted on a form save in your Dropbox thus not limiting your file space?

    The Silver package of $32.50/month is for an unlimited number of users?

    Please note that silver monthly plan is available at $39/month. The rate of $32.50 which you see is effective monthly rate when billed annually. The same is mentioned in our pricing page as well. Please check the screenshot below:

    How many logins come with the Silver package? 

    Each account will have only one login. Please note that sub-user account feature is no longer available. It is not possible to share form with another user.


    Can more than one email be attached to a jot account? Example - If we wanted to set up different forms for different departments with different email addresses is that possible.

    Please note that one account can only have one email address but if you want you can send submission email of each form to different email address. You can edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email" to desired email address on which you want to send the submission email.     Yes each Jotform account can have only one inbox where you can view submissions you receive in forms.


    How does the Dropbox connector work?  Will all the attaches that are submitted on a form save in your Dropbox thus not limiting your file space?

    Please not that each file is first uploaded to our server and then only a copy of the file is uploaded to integrated DropBox folder. To free up upload space, I would suggest you to please delete submissions you have received in form with file attachment. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up upload space as well.
