I am not receiving emails for one of my forms

    Hi  

    We have stopped receiving emails for one our forms.

    The form name is Authority to Recruit (ECC) and the email address that the forms should be going to is hr@emcarry.com.au


    When I send a test email (to the account email of scott.collins@emcarry.com.au) it comes through fine.

    Can you please check and advise.

    Could you please check your spam folder? Our mail logs shows that notifications are being sent to the recipient:

    Can we do a real submission in your form in order to test it?

    I have tested your form by sending a test submission. Can you please check your email inbox and see if you have received email or not?

    I did check your form and form that you are using hr@emcarry.com.au as custom sender email and also set the same recipient email as well. I would suggest you to please use some other email address as recipient email and see if that solves your problem.

    You may also like to check your SMTP email logs and see if the emails are being sent or not. I would also suggest you to please change the sender email to noreply@jotform.com and see if you are receiving submission emails or not.
