Unable to open the linked file on my form.

when I tried to open a linked file on my form (as a test) it sent me on your whoops page and it is not showing 

Do you mean to say that you are not unable to view file uploads? Are you trying to view the files through the notification email? If yes, please disable the Require login to view file uploads in your settings page and see if that works.
