Why I can't see my forms?

    WHY CAN'T I SEE MY FORMS. WHAT IS ALL THIS "MOBILE FORMS" CRAP?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please tell us the issue you are experiencing in mobile app ads/banners?

    That log in link only connects me to the same annoying splash page that
    does not allow me to access my forms. I have been unable to access my
    forms for 2 days, now. Please remove this splash page, immediately!

    Hi Henry, 

    I do again apologize for the issue you are having with not being able to view your forms due to the Mobile form splash page.

    You are able to turn this off by clicking on the box in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. This way it will not come up the next time you log in.

    There is no box in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Once again,
    would you please get rid of this?

    Hello Henry - I tried to login your account and I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies? That may work. Or, you can try using a different browser to test your account.

    If the issue persists after doing that, Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you. You can upload the screencast to your google drive or dropbox and share the shareable link with us.

    By the way, can you please tell us the browser you are using so we can try it with the same browser?
