We have a Chinese supplier who I am hoping to use a Jotform for, but they cannot view it as it is blocked by the censor (the Great Firewall of China) - can you see it from space?
The supplier can use it in the office as there is a VPN to the outside world, but the guys on the factory floor who would use the form are unable to use a VPN and are subject to the firewall.
How can I get around this?

Unfortunately, subdomains like form.jotform.com or form.jotformpro.com does not have access in China because of the Great Firewall.
You can use http://www.greatfirewallofchina.org to check whether which domains are blocked or not.
On the other hand, domains such as www.jotform.com or www.jotform.us must be working fine there. I've tested them and received no errors.
But still, the data shown in this site might be deceptive. There is no other option rather than check the form out with "us" domain whether it is working.
Please, try this link: https://www.jotform.us/form/91601337481353
Another thing that i recommend is that you may need to remove EU selection in settings (Myforms>Settings>Data>Europe datacenter) since the firewall might be blocking the data flowing to Europe Datacenter.
I hope these options solve your issue.
We'll wait your response.
Thanks.
