How to let user pay by credit card or bank transfer?

    How do I amend this form so people can choose to pay by credit card OR separate bank transfer?

    How do I make the lengths of the dropdown all the same size to show all the text (screenshot below).  The first is too short.  I tried copying the longer one but it just changed back to short.

    Your help is appreciated as hope to upgrade to a paid version if we can get these things right.

    If you want to add a payment option to your form, you need to list your items in a basic element such as a single choice or multiple choice element.

    You can then assign calculation value to each option so the form calculation can add or total the selected option.

    Guide: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value &&  How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

    After that, add payment option field and show/hide the fields based on the user's answer: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

    As for transferring the calculated value to the payment field, please follow this guide: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

    Please check my demo form here: https://form.jotform.com/91698795501976. You can clone the form to inspect and to know how it was done.
