The tabs do not appear at the top

I have my form so that when a partial audit is conducted and the modules are selected then the tabs will appear at the top.  However, when I select a full audit the tabs do not appear at the top.  I tried to create a condition to say that when the full 360 is selected then include all modules or pages.  But it is not working.  Here is the link for my form https://form.jotform.com/91546321151247

As I check your form, I notice that only one tab is being displayed on the form.

This should be due to the conditions set to hide the pages. Also, I notice that there are 6 page tabs defined in the widget and there are only 4 pages set on the form. Please check the number of page tabs are as the same number of pages on the form.

The condition set on the form to hide the modules seem to be incorrect. The value being sent to a checkbox field should be the same as on of the options in the checkbox field.

Please check and correct the condition i.e., 'y' should be having one of the options from the checkboxes and it should be working fine.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Ok so I tried to do what you suggested and now I can get it to populate the depart scene but not the other two pages.  I am working on the last two pages currently.  Waiting for your assistance.

So basically what I need is when 360 full review is selected all the tabs will show if 360 partial review is selected then I want just what the user selects to show...I hope that is not too confusing.  I cant get it to work no matter what I do.

I have checked your form and tested  the conditions with the Form tabs widget.

Unfortunately, we cannot target the Form Tabs widget with a condition to show/hide depending on condition.

We can only hide the tabs using custom CSS.

    Hope this information helps.

Ok but can I check all the boxes in the Modules section at the same time by clicking 360 full review?

I was not able to find a workaround. You would need to check these boxes separately.
