Why has the second part of my form disappeared on site?

    Hello, 


    Info has been entered on our jotform enrolment form but then isn't being translated properly when on our website. 

    People can choose type of class but the drop down for which class has now disappeared....?

    May we know the web browser you're using to view your web page?

    I have checked your web page and I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    If the issue still remains, you may try to embed your form using the Iframe code.
