Connect to the Facebook Business campaigns

I can connect the Facebook Business campaigns (potential customer) to a Jotfrom form.

If so, how do I do it, if not, what alternative do they offer me?

To clarify, do you want to add your form to the Facebook tab?

Do note that you need your Facebook page to have at least 2000 fans.
