How can I also collect which device or user submitted a form? (Mobile Forms)

    Hi,

So my company manages surveys at trade shows and events. We sometimes have multiple booths in different locations, and surveys which run at the same time. We want to collect data from the same survey form but also want to be able to record the device name (or atleast username of the device) in order to identify correctly which locations or booths had submitted which data.  Is there any way to possibly do this with Jotforms. I had a test run with the mobile forms right now, and I couldn't find any means to collect that particular information.

Right now we are use an application, that allows us to give each device a unique ID, that can also be exported along with all the other data in a spreadsheet, etc.

This would be a really benefit us and make it a legitimate reason to switch over to Jotform completely.

You may use the Hidden box widget to get the browser's information of your form user.

Just set the Browser info to yes in the widgets properties.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.
