PayPal Checkout form: Getting "Order ID is missing" error.

    After completing our registration form for summer camp we ran a test to submit the form. 

    Upon hitting the "submission" button we received an error message " Order ID is missing from the submission form". 

    We made several attempts and do not know how to correct the problem or what the "order id " is. 

    Also, is there a better way to contact Jotform for quicker answers.

    I checked the form 91327297186163, but I am not able to replicate the issue. When I click on the PayPal Checkout button, it redirected to the checkout page.


    Could you please tell the steps to replicate the issue?

    I duplicated the form and still having an issue.
    There seems to be a problem on Jotform's end. What is an order ID? Is there
    help for tech support?
    We've spent quite some time on the form and do not want to begin again. Is
    this the best solution you can offer????

    We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

    The problem could be very related to the Paypal Checkout payment field in your form.

    I checked your form in the form builder and found out the following error which seems to be the Paypal Checkout field.

    I would recommend deleting the Paypal Checkout payment field (the error seen on screenshot) then add Paypal Checkout again. If you have configured products in it, it would be added automatically.
