Code 404 on custom form URL

    When I go view for I get error 404 message 

    Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/DeLucasDazzling/delucas-dazzling-designs-

    It seems the custom Form URL is not working. Used your default form URL and it is working correctly https://www.jotform.us/form/91506225572152.

    Kindly get a new custom Form URL by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    We have reset the link and generated the custom URL again, so it is working now:

    My apologies, but we might need to ask for additional information to check the issue closer. Is the app you've mentioned our new mobil application? If so, what are the steps to reproduce the error? As I check forms with custom URL, they appear to be working for me via app.
