File Upload field limits and allowed extensions

Good morning!

I have two quick questions regarding our account:

1. I see that there is a max upload limit of 500mb - is that per upload or per file?

2. What file extensions are allowed for upload?

JotForm individual max file size = 1GB or less per file.

All file types are allowed.
