how can I pull a contact's first and last name from one form to another

Hi, I'm using two related forms - one to collect client information and a second to collect property information.  how can I pull the contact's first and last name from the first form (which they complete first) in to the second form so the contact does not have to enter their name on both forms?

You can populate the one form data to another form by passing the URL parameters.
