We did a test and it work prior to adding paypal to the form, but now none of our submissions are being integrated into our salesforce account. Is there a problem that we are overlooking here?

Re-integrating your form to your SalesForce account may help fixed the problem. Please try to remove the integration, refresh your browser and re-integrate your form.
