My IP address is being counted on the Form View record

no one can submit a form. It’s stuck in please wait. You also use my IP as a view when I’m trying to fix the issue on my wordpress page?

With regards to your session that gets counted in the form views, make sure that you are using the same browser when viewing the form on your website. Viewing the form while not logged in on your account is counted. It's not based on the IP address, but to your session on the Jotform website (cookies).
