Edited conditional logic values reverts to previous value

I have disabled some of the conditions in my form.  I created a condition that when the all button is selected it changes the answers to my questions to the same value.  The problem...when I have to change one answer because it did not qualify as the same score it accepted the value I selected but then when I leave the page and come back it reverts back to the previous score.  I think it is because the page updates every time you open it.  Is there a way to stop the update?

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly.

To clarify, when you edit the submission the values are reverted back?

May we know when will the All button be viewed?

Can you please explain further the flow of your form?

    Looking forward for your response.

Yes the user had the ability to mark all scores at a score of 2.  But one of the questions need to be changed to a value of 0 or 1.  So I change the value to a different score and finish and save.  When I return to the page it reverts the score to a value of 2

Checked your conditions and it seems you're using the update/calculate field to add a value to to your field depending on the condition.

However, it seems you're also assigning the values to the question itself.

    Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

To clarify, after editing the submission the values are reverted to previous value?

May we know if this issue is specific to a question in your field or all calculations are not saved when edited?

Sometimes I swear it would be easier if we could simply talk about the issue rather than this forum...but it is what it is.

I would like the user to assign an entire category of questions with a passing grade if that was achieved.  However in the middle of the category is a question where a passing grade was not achieved but a partial grade needs to be assigned.  So I created a select all radio button that when clicked it marks all the fields in the category as a passing grade or a 2.  Then when I go to the question that did not achieve the score and change it, it will change no problem.  I then finish the module and click save.  I then need to go back to the module to add a comment or change a score and the question that was changed from a 2 to a 1 or 0 is now again marked as a 2 because the page updates when you open it and reads that all questions in this category were marked as being all at a score of 2.  This changes the evaluation from 96% back to 100% because it was updated.  I have since disabled the feature until a work around can be achieved.  The link you sent me has already been done and it works just will not accept the change as a result.   If you would like to chat I can be reached at 2895018702

We understand, and hopefully, we can offer phone support in the future.

I tried understanding the scenario you gave. However, I cannot follow because there are a lot of fields in the form. I think the best way to describe this would be to let us know the fields involve, maybe just part of the form. Then give us the specific condition that you have added for that field.

Basically, let us know how to replicate the problem, like click the option A in the Field 1, and go to field 2, and choose option B.

Also, I would like to clarify if this happens on the initial form filing or through the Edit Submission link/page? Based on how I understand this, this happens when you edit a submission.

Also, when assigning Calculation Values for the field options, setting up conditional logic to copy that field to another field would copy its calculation value instead of the actual options. I'd like to clarify that with you because I can sense that this is causing the problem in the form if my understanding of the flow is correct.

Lastly, if you can record a short clip to all of these, would be better since we would see how you fill/update the form.

Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
