Can I change the charged date for existing GoCardless customers?

    Can I change the direct debit date for a customer who has submitted their forms and set up a direct debit using my Gocardless account?

    I'm sorry, but our GoCardless integration does not allow you to edit the payment date(s). I checked this with GoCardless, you can see the customer on your dashboard, but there is no option to change the dates for the items submitted through our form. 

    The only way would be to cancel the record on your GoCardless dashboard and ask the customer to submit the form again to create the record.

    I have to say I am very disappointed! Is there anyone else I could use that works properly after your integration?

    We're sorry to hear that, and I'm sorry to disappoint you further, but I found no integration that would allow you to change the date for the subscription that has been submitted by the user. 

    I'll stick to the workaround to cancel the subscription, and ask the user to re-submit the form. With this method, you also need to update the 'Day of the Month' of the subscription item to when you are going to charge the user that you require to re-submit.


    So, if you have selected 1st day of the month, and you want to change it to 12nd of the month, you need to choose that option from the dropdown as shown above.
