I am getting a message that the system cannot send me an email but my email address is correct

    Hello,


    Every time I log in it says you are unable to email me but my email address is correct.

    Our apologies. I cannot recall this type of message for accounts. I think you are referring to the bounce email. Kindly send us a screenshot of the message, so we can check that for you.

    Correct it is the bounce email

    You might need to remove your email from bounce list, here is how: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
