Using Jotform Mobile without a user account

    Hi,

    I am new to Jotform and I would like more information about how Jotform can be used in the way described below:

    "We designed a workflow that enables JotForm users to create a form and assign it to colleagues even if they don’t have a JotForm account. These colleagues, in turn, receive restricted access to a form so they can access it, complete it, and only manage information that they submit. 

    JotForm users, meanwhile, can receive notifications about when a team member submits a form and can manage that information on their end."

    I would like to be able to create and edit forms that our remote workers can complete with restricted access. They need to do this through the mobile app to have the offline capabilities.

    My questions are:

    Is it possible to use the Jotform mobile app to collect data in remote locations with offline capabilities without an account?

    How do assign forms to colleagues with limited privileges? i.e. the person filling in the form is not able to edit/create forms.

    Would require more than one account to do this? And do those accounts need to be paid accounts?

    I have already spoken to Tolga from Enterprise at Jotform, he has told me that Jotform submitters are not defined users, but how do they get the functionality of the app an the off-line capabilities without an account?

    Yes, you can use the JotForm Mobile APP to collect the data offline.

    When you assign the form, the user will not be able to edit your forms or view other submissions. When a form is assigned the user can only access it, complete it, and only manage information that they submit.

    You can have only one account. More about different account types and limits, you can find on our pricing page.

    Please note that offline capability is a feature of Moblie app. Without the app, a form cannot be submitted offline. Also, please note that when you assign a form on Mobile app, the user will have to download it to use the form. We will create an account for them.

    Another option is to share a form with the users. A user can open a shared form in any browser and fill it. This does not require a Mobile APP.
