Website is not getting redirect from http to https?

I need help with website : http://www.windowsmoviemaker.xyz/ . it is not getting redirect to https://www.windowsmoviemaker.xyz/ . i need to get in SSL Secure, I have placed the code 301 in htacess file too, i dont know why it is not showing, Please check it at your end its showing SSl or not?
