The form session expires in 3 months, got it. But if a form filler comes contacts me in six months and says he/she would like to modify the form, is there a way I can send a unique URL to his/her form?

Do you mean to say that you want to allow user to edit the data after form is submitted?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Edit Link" feature. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

If you want to manually create and send edit link to your users, here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Go to your form's submission page and find the "Submission ID" of the user's submission. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you how to find the submission ID: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID

#2. Here is the form edit URL format:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/xxxxxxxxxx

#3. Please replace the text "xxxxxxxxxx" in the above URL with the "Submission ID" which you found in step #1.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.
