Does the recipient send the same form URL back to me?

If I use COPY LINK to copy the URL to an email that I send out to recipients, who process does the recipient use to send the completed form back to me? ie there is no SUBMIT button for the recipient to select

When you click on "Copy link", you can copy the link and paste in any email that you send out to recipients. Your recipients can then click on this form link, fill the form and must Submit the form so that their responses gets recorded. The form URL/link does not change.

There must be a Submit button in the form to submit and record the responses. Once submitted, you can receive email notifications of submissions and your submissions also get recorded in your Form Submission page in your JotForm account.
