How can my team members see and download the uploaded files in submissions?

I have an upload file section but my team members cannot downlod the file. Only I can.

Your team members can only view/edit forms if you allow them to. With the access, they can download the attached files in the submissions as well. In order to give them an access, please follow these steps;

1. Go to your Settings.

2. Click on Users.

3. As you can you can choose either to share all your forms or specific ones with "Share All Forms" and "Select From My Forms" options, make sure that your team members are added to correct forms.

4. In order for your team members to view and edit the forms, choose both "View Submission" and "Edit Submission" options.

After your permission, your team members should be able to download the attached files.

However, please note that this solution is applied only for enterprise users who can use the sub-user function. If you are referring to your “collaborators” by team members; form collaborators cannot see the form submissions. This is one of the differences between sub-users and collaborators.
