Account been suspended?

    Over a week ago my account was suspended and after trying to contact you for a week (with no response) I am wondering why I cannot access my jotform forms. 

    I use your program to run my business (job sheets for employees). I have recently reduced the size of my company and therefore dropped from a paying account to a free account and now my account has been suspended. 


    Not happy!

    It is requesting i place a URL in but I dont have a website.

    Your account got suspended since it was flagged as suspicious for copy right logo violation. Your account is registered under a free email address, please make sure to update it to one that reflects the "South East Construction" domain.

    We have lifted the suspension for you to make the updates.
