How can I create a new PDF template?

I am designing a new PDF template (answer submission) from PDF editor. How can I create a template to using it with other forms?

In the PDF editor, on the top right corner, you will see the “Layout Settings” button, please click it.

Then switch to the Templates tab on the above and create a blank template which you can design as you wish.

After customizing your template, open Layout Settings with the painting tool, again. On the bottom of the Customize tab, you will see Create A Template section which you can use to save your design as a template. Fill your configurations for the template (privacy, name, and category) and click Save As Template button.

Now you can use the template in any form you want. Just open the Layout Settings, switch to the Templates tab, and choose My Templates from the category list.
