Zapier map undefined error

Hello, 

I'm using zapier but since an hour ago i have this error message: 

"There was an error with JotForm: Javascript Exception: `TypeError: Cannot read property 'map' of undefined`."

so all my leads are not coming on the CRM. 

Can you do something?

Can you please give us more information on your Zap, may we know the app that you want to create a Zap?

I have cleared your form cache.

Can you please try creating a new Zap with your form and let us know if the issue still remains?
