Form is charging tax.

My form is charging one cent for tax. It is not to charge any taxes. How do I remove the tax fee?

I have checked your form and it seems you're using the user defined amount.

Tested a cloned version of your form and there is not tax to be found  when the form is submitted.

Can you please try to disable the Sales Tax option on your PayPal account?
