Why Jotform in conjuntion with Authorize.net

I have a client that has asked me to see if I can integrate Jotforms. He feels that his current payment gateway integration experience may be costing him sales, and he asked me to see if we could replace Authorize.net with Jotforms. On doing a 'little' research, I see that Jotforms doesnt replace Authorize.net, it works alongside it.

I am just curios then as to what exactly the benefits would be? Why would a person want to add in Jotforms which would still require Authorize.net when Authorize.net is already working fine.

I am worried about the impact on existing configurations & calculations already setup and working, when trying to add in Jotforms (if it is actually beneficial) .

We are currently set up with a Woocommerce Store and Authorize.net.

Hi Jason!

You are correct JotForm works alongside Authorize.net! Unfortunately, there is no direct integration with Woocommerce Store.

However, a workaround is to use third party apps to do the integration. There is one using Zapier and another using Automate.io. If you decide to create a form within Jotform to sell merchandise it can be done and the client will be able to use a different payment gateway if desired.
