How to retrieve a submission in Jot Form?

I received an Authorized payment email but did not get the jot form that goes with it.  How can i retrieve the application associated with his payment? This has happen one time before but the parent was able to give me a copy of what she had submitted.  Is there a way to retrieve it without having to call the customer? 

You can check your submissions in the portal and look for this paricular submission. You should mark your form and then click on the Submissions button. You can check and follow these guides:
