Trying to limit a field

I am trying to limit the birthdate field for a Kindergarten application. Not sure the best way to do this (I tried setting the condition to disable submit, but it does not seem to be working). I want it to not accept birthdates outside of 2015

If you want users to allow dates only from 2015, you do not have to add any condition. The easiest way to achieve your requirement is to set the start & end date limit in your form's date picker field. Please check the screenshot below:
