We have several forms that we embed on our website that are not updating. One we had to clone the form and change it and then it worked. The other I have updated in jotform and it is not updating on our website. We have not had this issue in the past but have seemed to have it more and more recently. It's a pain to have to clone forms and then repost them. Any help in this issue would be helpful. Here's the url to the form...
I added additional dates to the 'When would you like to be baptized' question as well as added some free text at the bottom and neither are updating.

Hello there Mike,
Sorry for this inconvenience. Our servers are experiencing lags and delays but our developers are doing their best to find the cause of the problem.
I took a look from the form builder and as well as from the embedded form, they are a complete match.
Here are some suggestions we can provide aside from cloning and re-embedding the form.
1. Whenever you wish to save, save it immediately. then press CTRL+F5(mozilla,IE,chrome) or SHIFT+F5(opera). Now try to see your recent changes from the form builder if they go back or reverted to old look. If they don't revert back just save it again this should prevent saving the old changes and making sure just the latest changes are saved.
However, if should in case after force refreshing using CTRL+F5 and you did see reverting changes, please change them again and save it immediately. This will assure the server to get your latest changes instead of old ones and saving them. This should save you from clearing your browser caches and the pain of logging in again. This is useful also when you are quick previewing from your website you can just hit the keys when the forms don't behave.
2. Sometimes refreshing the caches is not enough so you have to remove all the browser's caches completely.
Please let us know if this solves your problem. Thank You
