form freezes up everytime customer hits submit!

    am i doing something wrong?  We just went live and none of our customers can submit a registration?  Everytime they hit submitt which I even tried fromcomputer with my credit card it wont work!

    We are very sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.

    I have reproduced the problem on you form, but when I cloned your form to my account, integrated it with the test Stripe account, the form was good.

    Can you please clone the form to see if the cloned version is working fine? If it does not help, please let us know, so we will forward the problem to our Developers.

    Do you guys copy and paste these responses. I had a problem with a form
    some time back and that's exactly what the last guy said?

    just cloned the form as instructed still doesn't work!
    Stripe anything?

    I also mad a payment option no required and I tired to submit something and
    now the submit button doesn't work?

    Hi,

    I have tested your form and found no problem on it. I didn't reproduced the problem you've mentioned on my side as of this writing. You can check my screencast here: https://shots.jotform.com/elton/186806.swf

    I have also cleared your form cache here just in case this was affected by this. Could you please recheck the form on your side?
