Locked Out of Account

    Hi,

     
    I was asked to reset my password on my account, I must have not recorded it properly and I cannot login now. Could you please help?

    I have checked the mail logs of the email address (which is associated with a JotForm account) you used in opening this thread (post) and there was no email sent that has the password reset instructions.

    To request for a password reset instructions that you can use to reset your account password in case you forgot it, please check this guide out — How-to-reset-the-password
