I cannot link my PayPal Checkout to Jotform

    I can't seem to get past the connecting stage. The circle just keeps going around and it says connecting below the PayPal checkout connect heading. It has been trying to connect for over 15 minutes but nothing seems to be happening.

    Please make sure that you have a PayPal business account to use the PayPal Checkout integration. Have you tried following our official guide on how to integrate PayPal Checkout to your form? If not, please check the link below:

    I also cleared your form cache on our server. Please try to add it again to your form and let us know if the issue still persists.
