Account auto suspended

    Can you tell me why my account was autosuspended?

    I have checked your account and it seems that the system has auto suspended your form due to suspected phishing form.

    It seems the form https://www.jotform.us/form/91735432458159 is collecting credit card information.

    We don't allow collecting credit card information using your form as this violates our terms of use.

    I have removed the guilty fields and lifted the suspension in your account.

    If you with to receive payment from your form users, you can use our Payment Integration.

    Thank you! I am back in my account and I deleted the form in questions,
    however it tells me my other forms are disabled when I try to view them
