Way to register multiple students with a single form?

Hi, Jotform customer service,

I'm searching for an application that will allow my client to have a customizable registration form on the website that we're proposing to build for them. The form needs to be able to:

-Allow a teacher to enroll multiple students in an event in a single form

-Allow a teacher to pay for multiple student registrations through (or after) completing that form

Would Jotform be able to do this?

Also, do you offer non-profit pricing? My proposed client is a non-profit music teacher's association.

Allow a teacher to enroll multiple students in an event in a single form

You may add multiple fields in your form to allow the teachers to add multiple students in the form.

You may also use the configurable list widget.

You may create a payment integration, so that your teachers can pay for the registration.

You may also enable Payment Authorization using with your Payment Integration.
