Your question is a bit vague to me so I'd appreciate if you could clarify it further in case I've misunderstood it below.

From my understanding, you want a calendar with dates that can't be selected 21 days after today's date? If yes, that's possible with Date Picker and then set a date limit.

Example:  I set today+21 on Start Date which means today and the following 21 days can't be selected.
