I have deleted forms but I am still getting an exceeded upload space message

I have no idea where this upload space is that is over I have deleted all of my submissions, there is nothing I can find.

Can you tell me where to find these files I am sure whatever they are they are not needed. Not even 100% sure where I am getting uploads from.

Please let me know what to do where to find any of this.

Trashed forms are still counted. You will have to purge your forms in this case. To free up file upload space, deleting submissions is the recommended method, not the form as a whole.
