How would this work for my business?

Hi guys, how would this work for my business?
I have ~300 users who access different forms at different times. I have a lot of forms for other purposes (customer and internal admin) that they can’t have access to. Currently, the links to the forms they should have access to are on our intranet. I don’t mind force installing another app for them to use, however how can I give the correct forms to the correct people without them having access to all forms, submission data and other sensitive info?

You can assign different forms to different users with the Mobile app. When a form is assigned the user can only access it, complete it, and only manage information that they submit.
