Spreadsheet to form widget: What this is used for?

After my first reading of this, I don't yet understand what this is for. A video would be helpful.

Please note that spreadsheet to form widget is used to search for a text and populate form fields. 

If you have a data in excel file, you can upload that excel file in the widget. This excel file will have a unique code column and the other column heard should match the form field label. Then the user access form, input the unique code in the textbox and click on the button, it will search for that code in the uploaded excel file. If that code is available in the excel file, other column data of that row will be populated in the form fields.
