Notification are defaulting to the account holder and not the email address I enter for someone else

    I set up forms for clients.  I insert their email address for notifications and it continues to default to my email.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried to test submission in actual website or preview? If not please do so , test email is for account holder's email only.

    Thanks for your quick response.  I have only run the test email that is in the setup - where they say "Test email".  Email came to me.  I kind of thought that was what the "Test Email" was for - to see where it is supposed to go.  I must be missing something.....I will work on it.  Thanks again for your suggestions and help.

    Hi, to add clarification on my colleague's explanation;

    The Test Email button in the notification email will only send the test email message to your jotform email account -- not to the notification email recipient e-mail address setup on the form.

    You have to submit the form in actual to recieve the notification to the email account that is setup in the recipient e-mail box.
