I am not sure of your query. Do you want to use the form via your mobile browser?

Please note that all forms created via JotForm are by default mobile responsive and can be viewed and filled using your mobile browser. If you want to fill the forms in offline mode, then you will have to convert the forms into a fillable PDF format, fill and sync back when there is internet connectivity.

Convert your form to a PDF Form and have the users fill it any time and on any device that can read PDF documents. The user will only need an internet connection when they wish to submit the form and click the submit button.

    Refer to this guide: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

You can also use our JotForm Mobile Forms App from Google Playstore or Apple Store. When you login to your account via the app, you can view all the forms in your account and manage them accordingly. Using mobile App forms, you can fill forms in offline mode and sync back when there is internet connectivity.
